Jumbo Mortgage Interest Rates at New Low

The interest rate for jumbo (large) fixed rate mortgages fell to a new record low of 4.68% on average. Rates for smaller loans (non-jumbo) are at historically low rates. I have been closing refinance mortgages with rates below 4%.
